Just a quick question. I understand there are differing levels of charges, misdemeanor, felony, etc. Can someone explain to me what a county ordinance violation is? I received a county ordinance violation for possession of marijuana. I'm wondering if this will appear on my record. It was only a small amount of marijuana and I was not arrested, just issued a ticket and told of a non-mandatory court appearance. It took place in Kenosha county, wisconsin. Ordinance violation 9.961.41(3g)(e).
