What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?:mad:I WAS CHARRGED WITH THIS AFTER THE POLICE FOUND A BOTTLE CAP CONTAINING A COTTON BALL AND A RESIDUE (HEROIN)IN PUTNAM COUNTY NEW YORK. IWAS ALSO CHARGED W/ POSSESION OF A HYPODERMIC SYRING (WICH IS NOT ILLEGAL?)

Heroin is bad for you. Possessing a hypodermic needle is illegal if you do not have a medical reason (being a heroin addict does not count) for having one. Stop using intravenous drugs before you contract a disease like AIDS.
