i recently got on the dej program iin california because i was cought under the influence of MDMA and it showed i tested postive for meth and coccaine. I dont do these drugs at all im strictly a medical marijuana patiant and only smoke weed. i want to know now that im in the dej program and my charge is for meth and coccain, would they be testing me for marijuana even though i have my medical card?, also does anyone know if im going to be tested for my orention for my first class (where i have to pay my down payment of $300)?
