What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? texas. On Febuary 2,2009 i was charged with possesion of a controled substance with intent to deliver hydrocodone. Basically i was doing a favor of taaking 4 people to a pain managment clinic and pharamacy which was all in the parking lot. After done, we pulled up at a apartment complex where i would be paid for gas and time. The prescription holders gave there medication to a guy which was enclosed in a black backpack. As i pulled off i noticed cops passing me by and further down thw road at a nearby gas station i was held and questioned about a guy under investigation i have no knowledge of. The prescription holder was told to get out of my car and take metro transit home without their medication. As from there i also was charged with possesion of a controled substance with intent to deliver. (hidrocodone)
