MY FIANCE WAS CONVICTED OF POSS WITH INTENT TO DELIVER. THEY USE THE AID OF A CONVICTED INFORMAT. BEFORE THEY SEARCHED HIM THEY ASKED PERMISSION AND HE SAID NO BUT THEY DID ANYWAY, THEY STATED THAT THEY DIDN'T NEED A WARRANT. COULD THIS BE CONSIDER AND ILLEGAL SEARCH THAT CAN BE USED IN HIS APPEAL?

smut turf...sounds like a good name for you, hanging out with a drug dealer is pretty low class, like being on smut turf.

WHY not use this time to find A REAL MAN, who has more sense then a jackazz, who can make money at a REAL JOB.

Let this boy rot in jail, there are tons of REAL MEN who never get arrested in their lives, why dont you start dating those?

If he was already under arrest they don't need his permission to search him.

Gooberitiz,

If you must leave a smart as* answer why not also answer the original question. Also why do all your answers talk about who these people should be dating? Are you looking for companionship?

She is DESPERATE for answers....

well leaving her LOSER CRIMINAL boyfriend is the BEST advice anyone can give her.

It just might save HER from a life of crime, and the possibility of HER going to jail to protect him.

If she doesnot leave him NOW and for good, then she is responsible for anything BAD that will happen to her, she cant blame the police, if she still wants to stay romantically involved with a criminal.
