What is the name of your state? California

Is it possible to get a drug conviction overturned by submitting to DNA testing on hair, or would she be wasting money?

If so, what is the process?

Thanks

Conviction? As in she has already gone to court and been found guilty? No, it is too late to try to submit any evidence.

Out of curiosity, what was the drug charge? If it was possession thereof, then use is not required for a guilty verdict.

This was already posted somewhere else. She plead guilty and hence was convicted.

I don't think the poster means DNA testing.
