on january 26, 2000 in ohio (auglaize county) i was convicted on 2 counts of deception to obtain dangerous drugs which is 5th degree felonies. I recieved 8 months in ohio womens prison which I served the full term and my drivers license was taken away for 3 years. Is there any way to try and get my license back now? Also, is the suspension 3 years from my sentencing date (jan 26, 2000) or I have heard that it goes back to when they first brought me in for questioning. I am having a very hard time with work, kids, counseling, etc without being able to drive myself. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Sentencing is when your term starts to run. As for your drivers' license, get a lawyer and see if she/he can help you.
