I live in California in Concord. I was arrested for pssesion and intent to sell meth. I had a bunch of clean empty bags with me how ever I donot sell I had them as Dealers her do not have them with htem you bring your own I had 6 grams on me. I was on probation at this time? WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Look at your post. That is what happens when your brain is fried - - poor spelling, no sentence structure, and you make no sense.

Stay off the drugs and go back to school.

Whether you possessed the 6 grams for sale or for personal use will be up to the jury to decide based on the evidence. If you can convince them that dealers don't have their own baggies, then they will find you guilty of simple possession. However, most people know better. Also, the police will no doubt testify that six grams is more than is required for personal use. Considering that you were already on probation, there is a good chance you will get jail time this time.

Well, that's easy. The writer did say, "WHAT SHOULD I DO?"

That part, the writer got correct and was understandable. As for the rest, I guess you just need a crystal ball.
