drug charges

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? North Carolina. I want to know how much time my husband is looking at for drug charges? He has 8 with intent to sell and deliver, possesion, and also selling within 1000 feet of a school.

You need to be more specific. He may want to prepare to spend some time in state prison.
