Arizona..... My boyfriend was pulled over and the police found powder cocaine, heroin, and marijuana in the vehicle. They are also charging him with drug paraphanalia. We are paying a public defender, she says that he is looking at 2.5 to 3.5 years because he had a prior charge in 2002, but it wasn't a drug charge. Does this sound right or is there a way to get a lesser sentence.
