What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? South Carolina. What happens to a drug case when the Officer is fired.

Possibly nothing, possibly everything.
If he's a witness, he can still be called as one even if he's no longer an officer.
Unless he did something improper specifically related to your case, it's not likely you get an out.
