    Drug Charges

    Description :
    FAILURE TO APPEAR FOR MISDEMEANOR OFFENSE

    FSN : 843.15.1a
    Description :
    FAILURE TO APPEAR FOR FELONY OFFENSE x2

    can you explain these charges I know they are concerning cocaine what is the punishment looking like? This is in the state of Florida.

    They are both Failures to Appear, the first for a misdemeanor charge, and the second for two felony charges. They are not specifically drug charges, but charges for not appearing in court to address the charges (whatever those were in relation to cocaine, as you have indicated).

    Very likely a Bench Warrant has been issued for arrest, and any bail that may have been posted to secure the person's appearance will have likely been forfeited.
