my friend got arrested in tennessee for possesion of weed with intent to sell and paraphanelia, but a day later the police said they also found some crack and now want to charge them with possession and intent, can that charged be dropped because they did not have any crack, also they don't have any prior charges what kind of sentencing might they get?
