kentucky, I am on parole for previous drug violations. I was arrested again for drugs. The police report is inaccurate. The date of the arrest is inaccurate. Can I beat these charges in court. based on inaccurate information.

No, cases do not get thrown out because there are some technical inaccuracies in the police report. You can beat the charges in court if you can show that you did not possess the drugs.
