My adult son who lives in Florida was stoped police when his truck swerved into another lane. Son's mobilehome has burned down two days before and he had not had much sleep abd was stressed out. Police stopped him and asked if he was drinking. He is a recovering alcoholic whohas not drank in 17 years, Pok=lice did not breathalize him. Police asked if could look in son's truck and he said yet. He had forgotten he had marijuana and paraphenaliz in truck . Was charged with possion of marijuana and paraphenalia. Has cour date in October. Is he likely to go to jail or prison?
