drug court/ probation

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MN, i just quit the drug court program, only because i feel it wasnt helping but to be more time than what i had if i were to finish , exacute my jail time. i had already done more than my paperwork says , what r my rights to quit the drug court/ problom solving court? i feel they r screwing me over ??

You do understand that your "time" in drug court isn't your sentence? If you quit or are terminated from drug court, you got to real court who can then sentence you to probation (starting when that sentence is handed down) or JAIL.
