My friend was arrested for possession for sales on a search warrant, while he was staying with his girlfriend. What I need to know is if he gets out on bond and goes to stay back at his girlfriends will they be able to search her home at any given time. We do know that the police are watching the home,but my friends girlfriend does not use.
