What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

So I got pulled over, and the cop said he smelt weed. So he searched my car and found a bong (which wasn't even mine :mad: )
So anyway, most of my friends are over eighteen and I don't know anything about juvenile court.
How can I get out of this charge? Also, if I could just have general information on what will happen?
