What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kansas. My son recently was pulled over for going 81mph in a 65mph zone. They did a breathlizer. First result was 0.082, then 2 minutes later 0.068. Will he be charged with a DUI? Also, he was charged with possession of paraphernalia,(pipe) possession of Marijuana(residue in pipe), and TOC (don't know what that is). Does he need a lawyer, or what would you suggest. He doesn't make very much money and can't afford an attorney. He's 25 yrs. old. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Yes, an attorney, best idea.

You have the right to an attorney, if you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided to you at no cost. (well, to your son)
