I live in North Carolina (specifically Wake County)
i have misdemeanor charges and am in the first offenders program. i am a minor too, by the way. i was wondering if anybody knows how much of a warning i get before i must complete a drug test; is it immediate, do i have a day, a week, etc. also, what happens if i fail? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

you have whatever time allowed by the courts. That could be a day or two or it could be an hour, or even none at all. Test kits are very portable.

If you test dirty; any deal you made could be rescinded and there could be additional charges for you to deal with.
