I was recently at a New Years party. There was about 20 people there and everyone was drinking. Someone was running a video camera the entire night. I just saw the tape and it is funny, but I am on tape smoking marjuana. Now they want to run it on a internet site and possible on a buddys cable show. Now can I be charged for smoking marajauna (Can they prove it was weed? How do they know? There werent there) Could the person shown to be the owner of the drugs be charged? Could the owner of the tape/residence be charged? Who & Would there be any charges at all for this video & distribution?

Thank you.
