in ky., i'm disabled and the
dr. has me on pain
medication, lortab, percoset
and a couple of muscle
relaxers, if i'm pulled over,
or at a checkpoint, could i
be arrested for d.u.i. even
if i take the medicine as
directed?

If you are not supposed to be driving while on the medication, then yes you can be pulled over and charged.
