I live in New Hampshire and have a question regarding DUI as it pertains to marijuana. I one were to be pulled over for a traffic violation, under the influence of marijuana with no marijuana or drug paraphernalia in their vehicle what would a police officer do, assuming he knew that the driver was high. I know that you can get arrested for driving under the influence of drugs such as marijuana but I would like to know what tests they would administer to determine whether or not that person was high.
