DUI and Possession charges

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
my brother was arrested friday for driving under the influence of marijuana,and possession of marijuana. what will the bond be like? will he get out on monday? will there be a cash bond? what to do!!!

How on earth are we even going to guess what the bond is going to be when we don't even know what state he was arrested in.

Around here once you cease to be high, they'll let you sign out of the drunk tank on a signature bond.
