I was sitting in my car parked on the street, the cops came by asked what I was doing, searched my car found ecxtasy. I've been charged with possesion. do I need a lawyer? or will a public defender do? I was released on my o. r. and have to do weekly drug testing and counseling. does anyone know what sort of time I may be facing?
