Employment and drug arrest

What is the name of your state? Iowa if working full-time and get arrested for drugs can I be fired? I will end up with no conviction and have completed treatment. The company has no established rule on this, but are saying I cannot have my job back.

you should post your question on the employment board. if iowa is an at-will state, you can be fired because of your drug arrest alone.
