i have 5 arrests for a) possession of a dangerous drug
b) " of a controled substance - c2 drug
c) " " " " <400 grams
all the above arrests were for C2 prescribed drugs, all except 2 arrests, i possesed 'proof of prescription'. no cases were ever filed against me, but.... EVERY time i am pulled over by the police they see my arrest info ( the drug charges show no final disposition) i am immediately treated like a common street junkie, harrased, harried, & otherwise degraded. Eventhough i can still (at that moment) show them what meds i am on w/ proof of prescription. Do i qualify to have all of these "arrests" expunged from my ncic arrest record??
