What is the name of your state? NJ

I was preparing to have a possession of less than 50mg of marijuana charge expunged until I received the certified disposition from the municipal court today reminding me of the conditional discharge ( 6 months )attached to the court's decision.

This occurred many years ago and I have satisfied all the t's and c's surrounduing qualification for an expungement.

So my questions are these :

1. Do I have to go back to this municipal court and schedule a date to have the charge associated with the conditionla discharge offiicially dismissed prior to seeking expungement ?
2. Do I still need to pursue an expungement on this charge ?

3. Do I need to pursue an expungement to have the arrest records cleared ?

Any and all help appreciated
