Oregon. I was recently convicted of possesion of marijuana, a class b felony. When it comes time to have my record expunged, I want to know if it is possible under oregon statute to have it reduced to a misdemeanor? The reason I ask is that I know that in california it is posssible due to have it reduced therefore resoring your right to own a firearm.

A class B felony may not be eligible to be expunged under Oregon state law and there is no way to have the charge reduced after a conviction. I would recommend you consult a local attorney.
