I just want to keep everybody in the loop on what is happening to me. I am now talking to US Probation and they found traces of cocaine in a urine drug test. It turns out that the US attorney wants me to plead guilty to one count of bill of information to smuggling cocaine. It looks like I'll have to do a dime since I was not willing to cooperate. Hopefully I will get to go to USP Atlanta and will only spend 8.5 years there. Does anyone know what the food or commissary is like there? Does the BOP allow conjucal visits? How will a drug felony effect my job chances when I get out?
So you decided to go against all of our advice and not get yourself an attorney, huh? You are not showing much intelligence here.
Some prisoners have reported eating toothpaste because the food in the prisons is unpalatable. Here is a link to information on prison foods:

Only four states currently allow conjugal visits in their prisons (California, New York, Washington, Connecticut).
Having a felony record makes finding employment difficult. You will not only have been out of the job market for however long you are in prison, when you are out of prison you will be competing for jobs with those who do not have felonies.
I still recommend strongly that you have an attorney assist you before it is too late for an attorney to do you much good (and it might be at that point already).
