I need help but didnt know how to start my own thread on here. I was pulled over for not having my headlights one after leaving work one night. I consented to a search of my vehicle because I froze and I did not have anything to hide. The officer informed me of a single pill he found that I had no clue of but was told it was tramadol which happened to be one of my Moms pills that got dropped in my vehicle and now Im being convicted of a felony. Please help

The answer is the same. YOU NEED A LAWYER..BIG TIME...SPEAK TO NOBODY ELSE ABOUT THIS BUT YOUR ATTORNEY (unless he is present).

A thread can be started for you Bman but, as FlyingRon noted, the bottom line will be the same for you as it is for TiredX4's son. You will want to locate a criminal defense attorney in your area.
