What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NH
I was accused of smelling like alcohol at work, (I don't drink) so I was taken to occmed where they did a urine drug screen and blow test. The blow test was 0.00 but urine could show THC can they fire me for that? Even if it's not what I was accused of?

is there some reason you believe they couldn;t fire you?

it doesn't make it any less illegal that they were looking for something else.

Yes they can. They were performing a DRUG test as a result of you being impaired. When they didn't find alcohol, they moved on to a urine screen to identify the substance responsible for your impairment. THC is a drug. It is part of the normal series that employers test for, and it is illegal in NH.
