What is the name of your state? Wyoming
My fiance is in jail being held on federal drug charges, his charges are conspiracy to possess, and conspiracy to distribute. He received his discovery, which stated that the only evidence against him is that two people said that he sold drugs for them, there is no other evidence against him, his lawyer states that he can get him a five year sentence, but we believe that if we go to trial, we can beat it. Need suggestions!!!!

US attorneys have a 94% conviction rate. Do they have any video or audio of him? Maybe a phone call recording? They don't need physical evidence just flimsy proof an agreement to commit a crime.

What reason is his lawyer giving, for recommending a five year deal as opposed to agreeing with your belief, that he will be found not guilty if he takes it to trial?
