What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Parker, AZ.
I was hanging out with some girls at their room at the (Indian Casino) Blue water casino. There were 20 random people there from different rooms. Somebody was smoking weed. I left with one of the girls. We were stopped at the elevator by a security guard who claimed she smelled weed. I said I dont know. She said wait here. We waited for 30 mins. 3 security guards went into the room. They said their calling the cops. I said good, becuase I didnt do anything and I want to leave. Well the cops found a little weed and a pipe. I wasnt even close to the room when I was stopped, nor the room being in my name. Im am charged with two felony posessions. A total of 5 people were charged with the same thing. They kept harrasing me in jail about telling whos weed it was, "off the record". I told them nothing. I was never read my rights.
