My son was arrested for possession of small amounts of hashish and mushrooms in Colorado. Possession of these substances in that state brings felony charges. He was later charged with possession of heroin. We're quite sure he didn't have heroin!
The lawyer thinks there may have been a 'presumptive field test'performed. Possibly, the hashish was laced with some opiate. Possibly, no testing of the hash has actually been done yet. We just don't know.
What are presumptive field tests and how accurate are they?
