First time NJ offender, Marijuana & Cocaine Possession plus DUI.. what happens now???

I am curious as to what penalties my girlfriend faces for the following arrests in NJ.

She is in her 30's, never had any traffic violations and was never arrested or anything. She is currently unemployeed and collecting unemployement benefits due to her company downsizing with the bad economy.

3 months ago, was caught drunk driving in one town. Failed the sobriety test but refussed a breathalyzer. She was given like 7 tickets for speeding, failure to maintain her lane, reckless driving, DUI, etc. As she was leaving the police station, a cop smelled weed in her purse, so he opened up her purse and found 8 grams of weed and a smoking pipe.

2 months ago, she was parked in an illegal parking spot in another town. Cops were called to tow her car, they looked through her window and saw that she left her car keys in the ignition. They also saw through her window a small plastic wrapped bud of weed on the floor. When she walked outside to go to her car, she saw all the cops, they asked her if that was her vehicle, then asked her to show some proff of I.D. So she got into the car and reached over to get her license and the cop ripped her out of the car and cuffed her for having weed in the car. Then once she got into the police station they searched her purse and found 4 grams of cocaine in a small pocket in her purse.

So needless to say she hired an attorney. And this is what the attorney is advisoring her to do.

1.) Apply to NJ PTI for the second arrest involving the weed and cocaine. This is the more serious offense being cocaine was involved. Go to court FIRST for this offense.

2.) After court is over for the above, then go to court for the DUI and weed possession charges. The DUI she will definately lose her license for 6 months, but for the weed possession he wants to try and get her a 'hardship' because she is unemployeed, owns her own house, is single, has lots of pets to take care of, etc.

So some questions I have..

1.) If she gets PTI for the Cocaine and Weed possesion charges, she will probably be on probation for a year right? Will her record be clean after this?

2.) For the DUI and weed possession charges, since she will have already used up her PTI, will she have a perminent criminal record for this stuff?

3.) What is the most likely outcome for her as far as penalties, loss of license, probation, drug testing, etc. etc.?

4.) We have a vacation to the carribean already booked for this summer, after her court dates. Will she be able to travel outside the USA for vacation if she is on probation, pti, etc.?

5.) Will anybody come to her house for probation, etc.? Will she be put into drug rehab classes?

Thanks everybody!!!
