State - TX ***hi this is very important and we are running out of the time.
A friend of mine, Mr. A who is 21+ he was heading to some where whith his friend Mr.D and Mr.D's Friend Mr.E ...They all were arrested cuz D and E got Estascy on them but A didn't know ...A only knows that they are going to go to some where and get something to eat..but D and E were going to make a deal..and they got busted... they all paid the jail bond and now are out of the county jail...but they have to go to court.....

Is mr.A gonna go to jail ...would the judge believe him? ...etc

Question: what is gonna happen to mr.A ? is he gonna go to jail? for how long? even he didn't know what was going on is he still guilty?

Some1 give me some answers

TX.. i really don't know the best/clear way to describe a situation of my friend. so i put it in this story kinda way...

Dean, the victim, who is 21+ yr, one night his boss, jack, asked him to come along with him to do some stuff... Dean didn't know how to refuse him since his boss is asking to do something with him.

Jack who is 21+ a manager of xxxxx company who is also a drug dealer.

Jack is gonna make a sale (drugs X) but he didn't wanna go by himself so he ask dean to go with him....Dean never would thought that jack is a drug dealer....anyways...in jack's car he was carrying 200 hits of Xs .....he put these Xs on the back seat.....heading to a place where he was going to make a deal... Dean didn't know what was going on .....anywas...Jack's friend Jason ...who is the connection of the buyer....showed up...they go to the place where the buyers want to meet them....anyway....Jack get out of the car and Dean didn't know what he was gonna do.....so he stayed in the car.....
and the next thing happend is that...there were 25 undercover cops jump out from the cars..the point the gun at jack...they put him against the car..and dean also get arrested.... Jack said..sorry dean i pull you to this sxxt ...i'll talk to them and everything is gonna be all right.....During the time dean still don't know what was going on..but he knows that it's something jack did....they got arrested...... Jack called the family and get a lawyer.....they got out.......

Dean who is innocent but was arrested for having illegal drugs that's not even belongs to him...

They both got Felony 1...and still have go to court for the final judge.....

Questions: even tho Dean is innocent is the judge gonna believe him? If the judge is gonna send them to the jail ...how long it might be? how can Dean be free? and have his innocents back?

That will depend on the judge,
it will also depend on the mood of the Judge
and your asking someone to predict the future...

he will just have to tell the truth and leave it up to the judge to decide... and hopefully his friend will back him up...

if and when he gets out of this, tell him to find better friends and find a better Job...
