I live in a very small town in Kansas, 98 people, so there is alot of open land. Me and some friends found some "ditch weed" and decided that it would be cool to water it and take care of it to see the end result. The plants were later found by some parents and they called the police. The plants were not on our property and we did not plant the plants. What charges could we get and what is the max. penalty? (we are all under 18)
