is it ever legal to grow marijuanna? if so, what are the circumstances?
if a housemate of mine is growing marijuanna in their private room, without my knowledge can I be prosecuted? what about if I sublet or if I am not on the lease?
how/where can I find individual city/county laws regarding rights, possesion and production/growth, etc.?

You need to look at your state and local law books. I would venture a logical guess and say it is much easier,and time/cost effective to move,than to look it up. not to mention that if you get busted you'll be trying to find these answers from a 9x8 cell. Best advice.....Dont waist your time,pack your **** and move
