So my boyfriend was a passenger in car that got pulled over and the police found some marijuana under his seat. it was bagged up which made it intent to sell. It was less than an ounce. I believe it was about 14 bags of marijuana..nickel bags. he does not have any prior convictions. could some one tell me in the worst case scenario how much time is he looking at and whats the best case scenario? This happened in cherokee county by the way.
