Florida, 4 and a half years ago I got arrested for grand theft (stealing my moms car) and possesion of a controlled substance (stealing my mother's prescription drugs) both third degree juvenile felony's. I am trying to obtain my CNA liscense, but I have not yet sent in the application because I'm afraid they w ill deny me because of my juvenile charges. If I got the drug charges expunged, could I say no on my application for being arrested under ch. 893 and would I still be elegible to become a CNA?
