Georgia, can a lawyer Knowly represent a client first as John Smith in an earlier case , and then as John Sands in a later case,both felony cases knowly misleding the courts to the clients identity , what can be done about this??

please let me know ASAP thanks

Did John Smith have his name legally changed to John Sands during the period of time between one felony case and the other?

This is known as an AKA - Are you saying the court does NOT know the two names refer to the same person?
