WhatThe police came to question my fiance about purchasing sudafed. I was sleeping at this time they wake me put me in hand cuffs and they start searching the property. they say they found meth making materials take my fiance and me to jail and held us for an investigation, the next day I'm interviewed then upon me agreeing to certain things we're both let go with no charges.Then I'm giving items from a officer to take to my house and let another person come over to do illegal things with and set this person up.The police come over and we're both arrested and charged! Is this legal? is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? tennessee
