What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? alabama
my husband jeff was arrested and charged for manufacturing and trafficing meth. the trafficing is true becuse he was buying sudafed to give to jason to make meth. anyway jason made meth at our house in the shed one day with jeffs pernission. when the police arrested jeff for trafficing they came to the house and found the stuff jason had used to make a batch of meth. now both are in jail and jason wrote a statement that the items in the shed were his not jeffs and jeff did not make it ever and was not home at the time. they then had the statement noterized. will this be enough to have the manufacturing cgarge dropped? sorry that is the legal question.

when you allow someone to make meth at your house and help buy the ingredients, you are trafficking even if you dont "make" it and aren't there when its made.

your lucky your house isn't being seized.
