My 19 year old son, now lives in Florida, traveled back to NJ for a wedding. He went out with some old, no good, friends and was in a parked car. The police came and found a small roach in the car and my son admitted to smoking it but was not the one that brought it. He received a ticket and was brought to the police station and fingerprinted. The ticket says "small roach". the cop told him it was and under the influence ticket. He was not the driver of the vehicle so will this affect his license? What can happen in court with this? Will this affect his record?
