What is the name of your state? Arizona

I've recently discovered that my roommate has started using marijuana. He got it from his friend and is keeping it in our apartment and it's a small amount. I have heard that if the police were to find it there, not only can he be busted, but so can I, having lived here. Is this true, because if so, I will flat out tell him to get rid of it or find another place to live. Thanks.

Only a person who has the right to control the drugs is guilty of possessing them. The problem is that it might look like you have the right to control them when you don't. Why take the risk? Get a roommate who doesn't smoke pot.
