What is the name of your state (only U.S. law) NH
I was pulled over last week for going the wrong way down a one way street.
I'm 17 years old, and I was out past 1 o'clock in the morning.
Long story short, the cop saw my bowl in my car, and i handed over the weed with it as well (about 3 grams worth). I'm being charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug parafernalia, going the wrong way down a one way street, and youth operaters license, which I'm guessing means I was out later than 1 while being 17.
My question is, what am i going to have for sentencing? It's my first time getting in trouble with the law.
Will I be offered as diversion program? and if so, how long will this last?
