Myself and three of my college roomates were recently charged with possession of marijuanna, less than two ounces and a bowl. One of my roomates is attempting to take full responsibility for the contraband. How do we go about doing this?

Possession has absolutely nothing to do with ownership. Your "friend" may have owned all the marijuana, but you were all still in possession of it. This strategy of yours will likely not succeed.
