I am an ex-soldier,and grew up military. I can honestly,and with certainty tell you that any conviction on military property under the UCMJ is not transferrable to your civillian record. However,if you were convicted in a civilian court,it IS transferrable to your military record,and you can be convicted a second time. Double jeopardy rules do not apply to the UCMJ in that situation
