my house was recently raided, they found nothing in my room (since there was nothing to find) but now i am facing drug conspiracy charges because i knew my boyfriend sold once in a while though i got no benefits (money or otherwise) in the action. I am also currently 17 i will however be 18 at the end of the month.
will i still be charged as a minor and have it erased from my record as an adult?
and what will the punishment be considering i am a minor and i have no previous charges or problems with the law?
